Hypnosis is a natural everyday state – watching a film, reading a book, driving your car. Everyone has experienced this natural state of trance – the focus of the attention to a single element to the exclusion of all others. Hypnosis allows you to access your own inner resources to create change at the unconscious level. From this place of learning we can make rapid and profound shifts in our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. States of trance allow you to access a more creative and resourceful part of yourself. It allows your mind to become open to positive suggestions which enable these profound shifts to take place.


The unconscious mind is 30,000 times more powerful than the conscious mind and we operate from it a massive 95% of our lives. If the unconscious and conscious mind are not aligned, then the unconscious mind will keep recreating and perpetuating the patterns of behaviour we don’t want. If you work with rationale and logic of the conscious mind alone, change becomes difficult and elusive.
