Hi Linda, it’s taken me a while but I just want to thank you so so much for the sessions I had with you recently. I can’t quite believe the change in my mindset having spent such a short space of time with you. I felt comfortable with you from the start and was able to open up and break free some of the issues I have. Two weeks on and not only do I feel better & recognise a change my behaviour, but have been shouting from the rooftops just how effective coaching sessions can be! Thank you so so much.
